In addition to corporate leadership experience, we have several years of fractional CFO experience supporting a local church with an annual budget of over $2 million, helping provide financial oversight, budgeting, reporting, and strategic guidance. We also bring operational leadership experience from serving as COO of a commercial construction company, giving us firsthand knowledge of managing business operations, growth, and financial accountability.
Our company is family-owned and operated, and my wife and co-owner brings many years of hands-on experience using QuickBooks for both for-profit and non-profit organizations.
